This book was originally
published in 1875 Britten, but the story is just as true today as it was
then. Christmas is a time to get
together. A time of joy, forgiveness,
and remembering the good in life. No
matter how old you are or how great the grievance there is a way to put it all
aside, remember what it is to love, and be happy again.
Two great friends of means lament
that Christmas time is better when there are children around to express the
true joy of the season. But neither have
any. One suggests that they “rent” some for the holiday. The children do bring joy into their lives
and so much more.
